Why Foreigners Will Do Well?

Recently, there has been some resentment among the local against foreigners. Many locals blame foreigners for taking away their jobs. Is this unfounded? Maybe not. The facts are real. Many locals lose their jobs to foreigners.

This article, however, is not for me to grunt against the foreigners. I want to take a step back and examine the psychology behind. Why many foreigners tends to do better (at least, in personal perspective)? Why many locals seems to be unhappy?

When a person comes to a foreign land to make a living, the simple basis is that the new land has more opportunities than the home land. With that perspective in mind, this person is bringing with him or her a positive attitude. The very reason for coming is because things are better here. Whatever he gets from here, he treasures it more than the locals. This kind of attitude will certainly go well with the employers.

Locals, on the other hand, tends to take things for granted and become ungrateful. In the first place, most do not feel lucky being here. They are full of negative attitudes and complaints. This is natural. As such, negativity always creeps in and thus affecting their behavior. That makes employers upset. There are many positive things that are ignored and there are too much focus on the negative things. They must stop that! Start to focus on the good things and work and compete effectively. There is no time to grumble. Take positive steps and compete with the foreigners and beat them to their game. That is what you should be doing.
